Dental
Implants

Dental implants are artificial tooth roots made of titanium that are placed into the jawbone to mimic the natural root of a missing tooth. They provide natural tooth function and aesthetics without damaging neighboring teeth. The procedure can be performed under local anesthesia in just 15 to 30 minutes, followed by a healing period of 2 to 4 months for the implant to fuse with the bone (osseointegration).

To whom does it apply?

Individuals who are over 18 years of age, have completed jaw bone development and are in good general health (diabetes is under control, etc.).

Advantages

Natural tooth feeling, improved chewing/speaking, no cutting of adjacent teeth and prevention of jaw bone resorption.

Transaction Process

    1. Examination & 3D Tomography: Comprehensive analysis of the bone structure.

    2. Surgical Application: The implant is placed into the jawbone under local anesthesia.

    3. Healing Period: A 2 to 4-month waiting period for the implant to fuse with the bone.

    4. Placement of the Prosthesis: A custom porcelain or ceramic crown is fitted onto the implant.

    5. Success Factors: Excellent oral hygiene and avoiding smoking significantly extend the lifespan of the implant.

All-on-4 & All-on-6 Systems

These methods are designed to stabilize an entire dental arch (upper or lower jaw) using only a specific number of implants for patients with complete tooth loss.

All-on-4 System

A specialized technique primarily used for patients with bone loss in the posterior (back) regions.

  • How is it applied? A total of 4 implants are used: 2 placed straight in the front and 2 placed at an angle in the back where the bone density is highest.

  • Advantages: The angled posterior implants allow for fixed teeth without damaging sinus cavities or nerve canals, and often without the need for additional bone grafting. In most cases, temporary fixed teeth can be fitted on the same day as the procedure.

All-on-6 System

Preferred in cases where bone volume is sufficient to provide even greater support and stability.

  • How is it applied? 6 implants are strategically placed throughout the jawbone.

  • Advantages: Since the chewing force is distributed across 6 different points, this system is mechanically more stable and durable. It is especially preferred for patients with very strong chewing muscles or when a wider dental arch is planned.

Implant Supported Bridges

If you have 3 or 4 missing teeth in a row, an "Implant-Supported Bridge" can be preferred instead of placing an individual implant for each gap.

  • How It Works: An implant is placed at each end of the gap, and a 3 or 4-unit bridge block is fitted onto these two implants. The teeth in the middle are supported by the bridge body rather than being directly attached to separate implants.

  • Why Choose It? This method reduces both the overall cost and the extent of the surgical intervention. It is also a highly practical solution in cases where the bone structure may not be suitable for an implant at every single point.
